Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate C++ Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming, a deep understanding of software development principles, and a proven ability to teach and inspire others. As a C++ Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to our diverse clientele, ranging from beginners to advanced professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver C++ training programs, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional materials.
  • Conduct training sessions (online/in-person) for individuals and groups at various skill levels.
  • Provide hands-on coding exercises and real-world project examples to enhance learning.
  • Assess and evaluate trainees’ progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in C++ and software development.
  • Customize training content to meet the specific needs of clients or learners.
  • Assist in the development of certification programs and assessments.
  • Collaborate with other trainers, instructional designers, and stakeholders to improve training offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in C++ programming and software development (5+ years preferred).
  • Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in a technical field is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Proficiency with development tools and environments (e.g., Visual Studio, GCC, CMake).
  • Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies is a plus.
  • Certification in C++ (such as from C++ Institute) is a bonus.
