Experienced Family Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team at Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to children and their families, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable children and families, and will be able to provide a range of support services, including facilitating Family Time and assisting with assessment and intervention work. You will also be required to complete a 10-hour online Welsh Work Course, which will help you to develop your skills and knowledge in this area.
