In the role of Leisure Operations Supervisor at our Covent Garden facility, you will leverage your operational expertise from the leisure or hospitality sectors. You should possess qualifications as a National Pool Lifeguard Assessor and have a proven history of performance management, potential enhancement, and team leadership. A health and safety certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities of the Leisure Operations Supervisor:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal audit standards.
- Assist the General Manager by providing technical support and advice.
- Continuously elevate site standards.
- Instill a sales-oriented mindset within the duty management and reception teams.
- Encourage team confidence and pride to effectively promote our services to members.
- Recruit and nurture colleagues who will help achieve our quality and commercial objectives.
