As a vital part of BCG's global finance function, the PSG team designs, develops, and executes world-class evaluation, development, compensation, and equity programs specifically tailored for our MDPs.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of BCG by directly influencing the rewards and recognition strategies that motivate and retain our most talented leaders. You will be a trusted advisor to MDPs across various markets, providing expert guidance on compensation structures, equity programs, and partnership dynamics.
Your Impact- MDP Program Management: You'll oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of country-specific MDP compensation and equity programs. This includes collaborating with functional experts to ensure alignment with local regulations, BCG's global principles, and market best practices.
- Strategic Partnering: Build strong relationships with MDPs, leadership teams, and regional stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will act as a key point of contact for all MDP-related compensation and equity inquiries.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage your analytical skills to assess the impact of various compensation programs on MDP performance, retention, and overall business objectives. Conduct regular reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Program Directors, System Leaders, Regional Chairs, and functional experts across BCG to ensure consistency and best practices in MDP program design and implementation.
We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for compensation strategy and a deep understanding of the global business landscape.
- Professional Expertise: A legal, tax, or accounting qualification is highly desirable.
- Extensive Experience: 7-10+ years of relevant experience working with senior teams in a dynamic environment, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data-driven decision making.
