Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing strategic sales performance initiatives within the UK, Middle East, and North Africa Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales funnel, tracking leads and enquiries generated by marketing, and ensure a regular dialogue with the network to drive order generation and sales conversion.
- Develop targeted offers for customers who have expressed an interest, started the sales journey, or who have previously expressed interest but been lost.
- Control UK stock, including cancelled orders, national stock, and production pipeline, and align offers and marketing to vehicle availability.
- Create a balanced scorecard for the Agent and Dealer Network across the region and INEOS Automotive.
- Execute business case analysis on market entry plans and sales channels, responsible for seeking new ways to market.
Requirements:
- International customer and product launch business development experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in customer experience.
- Able to prioritize and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP or similar ERP system user.
- Proven track record in working in an international business environment.
