Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing strategic sales performance initiatives within the UK, Middle East, and North Africa Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales funnel, tracking leads and enquiries generated by marketing, and ensure a regular dialogue with the network to drive order generation and sales conversion.
  • Develop targeted offers for customers who have expressed an interest, started the sales journey, or who have previously expressed interest but been lost.
  • Control UK stock, including cancelled orders, national stock, and production pipeline, and align offers and marketing to vehicle availability.
  • Create a balanced scorecard for the Agent and Dealer Network across the region and INEOS Automotive.
  • Execute business case analysis on market entry plans and sales channels, responsible for seeking new ways to market.

Requirements:

  • International customer and product launch business development experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in customer experience.
  • Able to prioritize and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP or similar ERP system user.
  • Proven track record in working in an international business environment.
