At ACS Performance, we are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our sales strategies for renowned online platforms such as Amazon and Argos, as well as driving sales through our direct-to-consumer (D2C) Ecommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Amazon Business Management: Take full ownership of the Amazon business, driving sales through hands-on management of every aspect of the account, from setting up new products to optimising listings and search results, to managing chargeback claims and creating sales forecasts.
- Amazon Expertise: Analyse current performance metrics and come up with innovative ideas to grow our market share.
- Argos Management: Directly manage Argos, crafting strategic plans to boost sell in/sell out and providing monthly progress reports to ensure success.
- Stock and Sales Analysis: Analyse stock and sales, forecast customer purchase/demand planning and deliver regular recommendations to drive customer satisfaction.
- New Business Opportunities: Uncover and secure profitable new business opportunities that align with our goals.
- Category Leadership: Act as a category leader for our customers, utilising market data to influence and inspire them to embrace optimal range proposals and intake plans.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Account Management, with a minimum 2 years' experience specifically with Amazon.
- Able to demonstrate proven success including; AMS marketing, improving sales performance and operational effectiveness.
- Full, clean driving licence for the UK with flexibility to travel as required.
