Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Sportradar's global strategy, focusing on transitioning the company to a platform business model that can scale and adapt to future growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the M&A department, Start-Up Unit, Data & Insights, and PMO to drive corporate development across all business units.
  • Lead large-scale transformation projects, including business model transformation, operating model redesign, and change management.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Partner with the M&A team to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships that support the company's platform business strategy.
  • Incubate and develop new business ventures and innovation initiatives that align with Sportradar's strategic goals.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure that strategic initiatives are effectively communicated, understood, and executed across the company.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or a related field, with at least 4 years at a top strategic consultancy.
  • Proven experience leading transformation projects, including business model transformation, operating model redesign, and change management.
  • Experience in the sports, technology, media, and/or betting/iGaming industries is highly preferred.
