About the Role

We're Breast Cancer Now, a leading research and support charity dedicated to empowering patients and the public to manage their risk of breast cancer. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Health, Inclusion and Awareness Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behaviour change programmes across the UK, focusing on public health talks and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Associate Director, Public Health, Inclusion and Awareness to deliver public health activities aligned with our strategy and team plans.
  • Manage and expand our public health talk programme for external organisations and specific partners.
  • Collaborate with the wider directorate and organisation to drive forward our team's work.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering public health and inclusion initiatives, campaigns, behaviour change projects, and programmes.
  • Strong experience in people and volunteer management.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to develop and deliver training programmes or public health activities in a community setting.
  • Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with external organisations and groups, including those from under-represented communities.
