Senior Claims Handler Repair

We are currently recruiting for a Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Everpool. As a Senior Claims Handler Repair, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims, running the repair journey for customers, and being their key point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the claim journey, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Communicate with customers to build rapport and deliver a positive outcome.
- Provide coaching and support to contractors, advising on policy queries and ensuring compliance.
- Review and approve contractor variations or estimates from third-party suppliers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, specifically in household claims.
- Cert CII or equivalent desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, with the ability to use multiple systems, including Microsoft and bespoke packages.
