Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Handler to join our team at Everpool. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning a caseload of insurance claims and managing all aspects of the claim from start to finish.
- Being available to field calls from customers, clients, and suppliers to provide exceptional customer service.
- Engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers via multiple communication channels to resolve claims efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless claim resolution.
- Providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders on claim progress.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience with a strong focus on resolving customer complaints.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in household claims.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems, including Microsoft and bespoke packages.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
