We are currently recruiting for a Senior Claims Handler Repair Specialist to join our team at Everpool. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims, running the repair journey for customers, and being their primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Plan and coordinate the claim journey, working closely with contractors and customers to deliver the right outcome
- Build strong relationships with customers, using effective communication skills to manage their expectations and deliver a positive experience
- Provide coaching and support to contractors, advising on policy queries and ensuring compliance
- Review and approve contractor variations or estimates from third-party suppliers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, specifically in household claims
- Cert CII desirable but not essential
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent IT skills, with the ability to use multiple systems, including Microsoft and bespoke packages
