Job Title: Conflicts Specialist, Risk Management

SEWS-E is a leading company in the automotive industry, with a turnover of over 700M and a workforce of over 20,000 employees in Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Conflicts Specialist, Risk Management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on warehouse processes to SEWS-E, its subsidiaries, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Support the Central Distribution Manager in reporting results and implementing corrective actions.
  • Design and carry out regular audits to identify process improvements and reduce risks.
  • Collaborate with the Business Teams and manufacturing sites to improve packaging design and cost.
  • Monitor the environmental impact of packaging and report results to the Central Distribution Manager.
Requirements:
  • Good analytical and data processing skills.
  • Computer literate in MS tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team in a pressurised environment.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Permitted and willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
