The role involves working as a Customer Hub Officer (Revenue and Benefits) with a Local Authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify housing benefit claims, including income and capital details, and manage council tax reduction.

• Utilize systems like RBlive and NorthgateNEC to check and manage claims.

• Maintain accuracy in processing and verifying benefit claims, as evidenced by the Housing Benefits Accuracy Award.

Essential Requirements:

• Familiarity with information systems like RB line and document management systems to ensure compliance with DWP guidelines.

• Ability to hit the ground running in processing, verifying, and quality checking benefit claims, with limited training time.

Additional Information:

• This is a part-time position, 15 hours per week.

• The role is fully remote.
