About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Handler to join our team at Everpool. As a Senior Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims, running the repair journey for customers, and building positive relationships to deliver the right outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of claims, planning the repair journey and next steps with contractors and customers
* Use effective communication approaches to build rapport and resolve customer predicaments
* Provide coaching and support to contractors, advising on policy queries
* Review and approve contractor variations or estimates from third-party suppliers
Requirements:
* Previous insurance industry experience, particularly in household claims
* Cert CII desirable but not essential
* Previous customer service experience
* Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 DOE
* Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days office-based and 2 days from home
