As a Service Operations Coordinator at JCT600, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless administrative experience to our Service department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential back-office support, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service from their initial contact to the completion of their vehicle's service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily approval process for all service appointments.
  • Coordinating technical consultations for diagnostic appointments and initiating the Brand & JCT600 Diagnostic documentation process.
  • Assessing parts availability for all service bookings in collaboration with the parts department.
  • Ensuring complete accuracy in all administrative tasks and maintaining precise data collection.
  • Recording customer and vehicle details accurately to ensure up-to-date information for future business opportunities.
  • Communicating professionally and effectively via phone or email as necessary.
  • Facilitating the exchange of relevant information between the Service and Sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize business potential.

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within a service-oriented environment.
  • A strong customer-focused mindset, consistently aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a systematic and organized approach to tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Essential numeracy and literacy skills.
