Service Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:
As a Service Operations Coordinator at JCT600, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless administrative experience to our Service team. Your responsibilities will include providing essential back-office support, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service from their initial contact through to the completion of their vehicle's service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily approval process for all service appointments.
- Coordinating technical consultations for diagnostic appointments and initiating the Brand & JCT600 Diagnostic documentation process.
- Assessing parts availability for all service appointments in collaboration with the parts department.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy in all administrative tasks and maintaining precise data collection.
- Accurately documenting customer and vehicle details to ensure up-to-date information for future business opportunities.
- Communicating professionally and effectively via telephone or email as necessary.
- Facilitating the flow of relevant information between the Service and Sales departments to enhance customer experience and maximize business potential.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within a service environment.
- A customer-focused mindset, consistently aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a systematic and organized approach to tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Essential numeracy and literacy skills.
