As a People Partner, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders in the Digital sector, serving as a trusted advisor and business partner. Your focus will be on executing and delivering the functional or geographic plans outlined by the Senior Leadership team.
Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping our organizational culture, driving performance, coaching managers, and delivering measurable returns on investment by enhancing regional or divisional capabilities, optimizing capacity, and ensuring cost efficiency to achieve customer outcomes and shareholder value.
In this role, you will provide essential advisory support and guidance to senior leaders in Digital.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Mobilizing and executing strategic plans

Additionally, you will leverage people analytics to inform decision-making, monitor progress against established targets, and actively contribute to improving metrics related to engagement, talent, performance, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

You are an accomplished and strategic HR professional with a proven history of partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders in fast-paced, complex commercial environments.
With a CIPD Level 5+ qualification and a strong background in developing and executing people strategies in collaboration with Centers of Excellence, you possess exceptional influencing and relationship-building skills.
Your experience in talent management, combined with your ability to facilitate and drive organizational change, adds significant value to our operations.
As a data-driven decision-maker, you excel in analyzing and deriving insights from data to guide strategic choices. You utilize data and business intelligence to inform your approach and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Your commercial acumen enables you to understand the business's commercial levers and how its workforce can effectively deliver on them.
Through astute commercial decision-making, you will directly influence business outcomes, ensuring that your decisions enhance customer value.
