About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Tunbridge Wells Fitness & Wellbeing Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our club, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our colleagues and maintain quality standards in all areas
- Conduct tours for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club
- Oversee health and safety, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently
- Help achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our club
About You
We are looking for someone with demonstrable sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. You should be enthusiastic, with a 'can do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
