About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Duty Manager to join our team at our Tunbridge Wells Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the club, ensuring that our members have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards in all areas.
  • Conduct tours for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club and promoting our unique selling points.
  • Oversee health and safety, identifying and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Help achieve sales targets by promoting our services and products to members and non-members alike.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong background in sales and customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and leadership skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we would love to hear from you.
