About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Tunbridge Wells Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure member satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue
  • Oversee health and safety, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality standards and achieve business objectives
  • Conduct tours and presentations to prospective members, showcasing the benefits of our services
