About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Strategist to join our team and lead the planning for our key client, Qualcomm. This role will be instrumental in driving the integration of digital strategy and data-driven marketing initiatives across all markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Performance:
    • Focus on integrating digital strategies to drive data-driven marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with planning and activation leads to guide strategic conversations with Qualcomm stakeholders.
    • Lead and present comprehensive media plans, incorporating communication goals, recommendations, rationale, implementation details, budget allocations, and KPIs.
    • Work collaboratively with the team on developing insights and recommendations for optimal campaign performance.
    • Ensure reporting focuses on actionable insights. Effectively communicate key findings to clients and work with the team to identify optimization opportunities.
    • Articulate the key drivers and potential barriers to achieving Qualcomm's media objectives.
    • Develop a deep understanding of Qualcomm's diverse business segments, including new cars, used cars, business operations, aftersales services, and subscriptions.
  • Drive Our Product:
    • Collaborate to establish a consistent, best-in-class approach to digital planning for Qualcomm.
    • Create and maintain account roadmaps for each market, encompassing testing, innovation, growth strategies, and other relevant elements.
  • Develop Our Process:
    • Manage the digital cross-channel planning processes and outputs across Paid Engine and local planning teams.
    • Coordinate holistic media plans as a response to briefs, working with local Mindshare teams for non-digital and non-paid engine activities.
    • Utilize project management solutions to develop and streamline workflows within the team.
    • Foster integrated collaboration between Paid Engine and Mindshare Local teams.
    • Demonstrate strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills to effectively manage both individual and team workloads.
    • Ensure timely delivery of key deliverables from strategies to follow-up actions/tracking from client calls, fostering accountability within the team.
    • Continuously review optimization, budget management, and other processes to identify opportunities for improvement in effectiveness or efficiency.
  • Raise Our Profile:
    • Showcase exceptional work produced by the team through internal communication channels.
    • Contribute to case studies, points of view, and lead areas of planning expertise to keep the team at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.
    • Possess a clear and concise writing style with confident, persuasive presentation skills.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with local client leads, providing strategic guidance to support business growth and strengthen client partnerships.
