Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a fast and effective service to clients, handling payroll and records, using software like myePayWindow, managing SMP & SSP, producing P45s and more.
  • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner from start to finish.
  • Create and maintain payroll records.
  • Calculate part months & holiday.
  • Manage pension schemes via multiple pension providers, setting up and monthly uploading.
  • Upload to myePayWindow.
  • Manage SMP & SSP.
  • Produce P45s.
  • Liaise with clients, clarifying calculations as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Payroll function is essential.
  • Data Entry experience.
  • Competency with Excel and confidence with IT systems / software.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs A - C, including Mathematics and English.
  • Excellent numerical and record-keeping skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Problem solver and multi-tasker.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
