Job Title: Partnerships Manager

At DataCareers, we're seeking a skilled Partnerships Manager to join our buying team. This role is a key part of our online rewards range proposition, driving development, delivery, and margin performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with a global network of 70+ suppliers to ensure the best products and pricing are available.
  • Curate the overall offering, being creative in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Proactively build, develop, and manage the Reward Merchandise and Voucher range.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret data to assist with margin management and provide a commercially viable range of merchandise.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, including negotiation, service agreements, and performance reviews.
  • Lead the operational implementation of new Reward supplier/offering from brief to launch.
  • Provide training to internal stakeholders on selling and operating rewards products.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in an online retail, buying, or range management role.
  • Experience of international product propositions, product range specification, and negotiation in an online retail or B2B environment.
  • Previous experience of working with and using data and databases to present and support decision-making processes.
  • High level of commercial awareness.
  • Self-starter and closer of projects.
  • Excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
