We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 5 Community Nurse to join our team in Bath. As a Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be an NMC/1st level registered Nurse.
- To have a full UK driving license with access to a car for work purposes.
