Location: Cheltenham, Gloucester

Employment Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week - Hybrid model with 3 days in the office

Role Objective:

As a Scheduling Specialist at QA, you will oversee the distribution of training programs, collaborating closely with trainers to create a timetable of events that align with client expectations while managing assessment assignments.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a background in a planning-focused role, adept at juggling multiple responsibilities and driven by data analysis. If you thrive on problem-solving and have experience in event coordination for training or seminars, this position may be a great fit for you.

Typical Responsibilities of a Scheduling Specialist:

  • Developing schedules for participants.
  • Working in partnership with sales teams to deliver client-specific programs and overseeing the daily operations of public courses.
  • Recognizing deficiencies in current training offerings and proposing solutions to recruit additional trainers.
