**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide recruitment support to hiring managers, including sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and tracking applications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with UK Export Finance's policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Provide support to the HR team, including data analysis, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
**Requirements:**
- 5 GCSE qualifications (including Maths and English) equivalent of grade C or above or demonstrable evidence of continued personal development in a recruitment setting.
- Achieved or working towards a professional HR qualification (CIPD level 5).
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, particularly in relation to recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
**Desirable Qualifications and Experience:**
- Prior experience of working in a recruitment or HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and systems, including applicant tracking systems.
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-level executives.
**Working Arrangements:**
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work from our office in London, with occasional travel to other UK Export Finance offices.
**Security Clearance:**
The successful candidate will be required to undergo security clearance, which will involve a background check and other security vetting procedures.
