About the Role

Your new role will involve managing the end-to-end process and compliance for executive share plans, as well as overseeing the operation and compliance of international all-employee share plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive share plans process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Oversee the operation and compliance of international all-employee share plans, ensuring timely submissions and regulatory filings.
  • Liaise and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage international legal and tax due diligence and compliance, ensuring timely submissions and regulatory filings.
  • Work collaboratively with key internal partners in Company Secretariat, Finance, Payroll, Communications, Legal, and Tax functions to ensure requirements are defined and delivered.
  • Oversee the share plan budget, ensuring effective financial management and planning.
Requirements
  • Well-versed in executive and all-employee plans in international organisations, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and laws.
  • Enthusiastic about process improvement, automation, and simplification, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
  • Fantastic numerical ability and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration.
  • Proficient in Excel, with a strong understanding of financial management and planning.
  • Able to work effectively alone and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • ICSA Share Plans qualification would be ideal, but not essential.
