Job Summary
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Share Plans Analyst to join our team. As a Share Plans Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process and compliance for executive share plans, as well as managing the operation and compliance of international all-employee share plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process and compliance for executive share plans, ensuring timely submissions and regulatory filings.
- Manage the operation and compliance of international all-employee share plans, including liaising with senior stakeholders and external providers.
- Oversee the share plan budget and work collaboratively with key internal partners to ensure requirements are defined and delivered.
- Manage international legal and tax due diligence and compliance, ensuring timely submissions by local teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and external providers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Well-versed in executive and all-employee plans in international organisations.
- Enthusiastic about process improvement, automation, and simplification.
- Fantastic numerical ability and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and able to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
- ICSA Share Plans qualification would be ideal.
