Job Summary

We're seeking a Share Plan Analyst to join our Executive Reward team to deliver our Global Share plan activity across 70 countries and 22,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process and compliance for executive share plans and all-employee share plans.
  • Oversee the operation and compliance of international share plans.
  • Support the Share Plan Manager to create and deliver clear communications materials to drive engagement with share plans.
  • Continuously improve processes, including through technology and automation.
  • Manage relationships with third-party share plan administration providers and external providers.
  • Manage international legal and tax due diligence and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure requirements are defined and delivered.
  • Prepare equity reports for management.
  • Effectively manage the share plan budget.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of executive and all-employee plans in international listed companies.
  • Passion for process improvement, automation, and simplification.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with other data management tools.
  • A team player with excellent internal and external relationship management skills.
