Role Overview

Haleon is a world-leading consumer health company, and we're seeking a highly skilled Share Plan Analyst to join our Executive Reward team. As a Share Plan Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering our Global Share Plan strategy across 70 countries and 22,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the end-to-end process and compliance for executive share plans, including Performance Share Plan and Share Value Plan, as well as the UK Sharesave plan.
  2. Oversee the operation and compliance of international all-employee share plans.
  3. Support the Share Plan Manager in creating and delivering clear and compelling communications materials to drive engagement with share plans across Haleon.
  4. Continuously improve processes, leveraging technology and automation to optimize efficiency.
  5. Act as the primary liaison with third-party share plan administration providers, ensuring timely and accurate administration of share plans, including grants, vests, maturities, and dividends.
  6. Manage relationships with external providers, including tax and legal advisors, and employee benefit trusts.
  7. Ensure compliance with international legal and tax requirements, overseeing regulatory filings and timely submissions.
  8. Collaborate with internal partners in Company Secretariat, Finance, Payroll, Communications, Legal, and Tax functions to ensure requirements are defined and delivered.
  9. Prepare equity reports for management, including the Finance team and the Remuneration Committee.
  10. Effectively manage the share plan budget, reviewing, querying, and approving invoices from third-party vendors.
Requirements
  1. Strong knowledge of executive and all-employee plans in international listed companies.
  2. Passion for process improvement, automation, and simplification.
  3. Excellent numerical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  4. Project management skills.
  5. Advanced knowledge of Excel is required, with proficiency in other data management tools beneficial.
  6. A team player comfortable managing internal and external relationships, with the ability to work independently and effectively.
