Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Share Plans Manager to join our team at Catalyst Partners. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients and leading key global share scheme initiatives.

Your expertise in share scheme programs, including stock options, RSUs, and performance-based awards, will enable you to advise clients on managing their plans from a tax and strategic perspective.

You will build strong relationships with clients, mentoring junior team members and improving processes using share scheme administration platforms.
