About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Share Plan Analyst to join our Executive Reward team at Haleon. As a Share Plan Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering our Global Share Plan strategy across 70 countries and 22,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process and compliance for executive share plans, including Performance Share Plan and Share Value Plan, as well as the UK Sharesave plan.
  • Oversee the operation and compliance of international all-employee share plans.
  • Support the Share Plan Manager in creating and delivering clear and compelling communications materials to drive engagement with share plans across Haleon.
  • Continuously improve processes, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with third-party share plan administration providers, ensuring timely and accurate administration of share plans, including grants, vests, maturities, and dividends.
  • Manage relationships with external providers, including tax and legal advisors, and employee benefit trusts.
  • Oversee international legal and tax due diligence and compliance, ensuring timely regulatory filings and submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including Company Secretariat, Finance, Payroll, Communications, Legal, and Tax functions, to ensure requirements are defined and delivered.
  • Prepare equity reports for management, including the Finance team and the Remuneration Committee.
  • Effectively manage the share plan budget, reviewing and approving invoices from third-party vendors, and working with finance to manage payment requests.
  • Work with Company Secretariat colleagues to ensure timely RNS announcements are made in relation to PDMR grants, vests, maturities, etc., and share plans are correctly recorded in the equity system.
  • Assist third-party share plan administration providers in responding to employee queries, dealing with escalations as necessary, and managing the internal share plans inbox.
  • Support the Share Plan Manager in various share plans-related projects.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of executive and all-employee plans in international listed companies.
  • Passion for process improvement, automation, and simplification.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Project management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, with proficiency in other data management tools, such as Alteryx, beneficial.
  • A team player, comfortable managing internal and external relationships, but also able to work independently and effectively.
  • ICSA Share Plans qualification preferred.
