Share Plans Specialist - £400 + per day - Hybrid (Remote)


Annapurna is seeking a highly skilled Share Plans Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering employee share plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert guidance on all aspects of share schemes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the company's share plans, including equity grants and share options, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations and global tax laws, maintaining a high level of expertise in this area.
  • Provide support to employees regarding plan details, tax implications, and general queries, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement new share plans, driving business growth and development.
  • Prepare and analyse reports on plan performance and employee participation, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in share plan administration or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and international tax laws relating to share plans, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using share plan management software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
