About Our Client

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Witney. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maximise sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with customers.
  2. Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively promote new products, upsell, and cross-sell.
  3. Utilise effective questioning and active listening skills to understand customer requirements and preferences.
  4. Work collaboratively with the Key Account Manager and Business Development Executive to convert leads into sales.
  5. Provide timely and accurate quotations to our distribution network, ensuring seamless follow-up and communication.
  6. Effectively utilise our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record sales development activities, quotes, and follow-ups.
  7. Deliver exceptional customer service by managing expectations, liaising with other departments, and providing solutions to customer queries.
  8. Operate within established guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service, pricing, and lead times.
  9. Maximise order book fulfilment by collaborating with supply chain, manufacturing, and customer service teams.
  10. Develop strong working relationships with team members to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively.
  2. Confidence in verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas and solutions.
  3. Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  4. Ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  6. High self-motivation and reliability, with a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results.
  7. Enthusiastic attitude, professional manner, and ability to learn quickly.
  8. Good attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills.
  9. Ability to work to deadlines and targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
