Sales Executive

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Witney. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with customers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively promote new products, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Utilise effective questioning and active listening skills to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the Key Account Manager and Business Development Executive to convert leads into sales.
- Provide timely and accurate quotations to our distribution network, ensuring seamless follow-up and communication.
- Effectively utilise our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record sales development activities, quotes, and follow-ups.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing expectations, liaising with other departments, and providing solutions to customer queries.
- Operate within established guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service, pricing, and lead times.
- Maximise order book fulfilment by collaborating with supply chain, manufacturing, and customer service teams.
- Develop strong working relationships with team members to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively.
- Confidence in verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas and solutions.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High self-motivation and reliability, with a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results.
- Enthusiastic attitude, professional manner, and ability to learn quickly.
- Good attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills.
