About Our Client

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Witney. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maximise sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with customers.
  2. Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's product range to effectively promote new products, upsell, and cross-sell.
  3. Utilise effective questioning and active listening skills to understand customer requirements and preferences.
  4. Work collaboratively with the Key Account Manager (KAM) and Business Development Executive (BDE) to convert leads into sales.
  5. Provide timely and accurate quotations to the distribution network within set sales territories.
  6. Effectively utilise the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record sales development activities, quotes, and follow-ups.
  7. Follow up on all quotes sent by the relevant BDE/KAM to ensure timely resolution.
  8. Deliver exceptional customer service by managing expectations and liaising with other departments/service providers.
  9. Operate within established guidelines and procedures relating to customer service, pricing, and lead times.
  10. Maximise order book fulfilment by coordinating with the supply chain, manufacturing, and customer service teams.
  11. Develop strong working relationships with team members to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
  2. Confidence in handling customer interactions, whether in person, over the phone, or via Teams.
  3. Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  4. Proactive problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions.
  5. Accurate and efficient working style, prioritising tasks and managing workload effectively.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  7. High level of self-motivation, reliability, and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
  8. Enthusiastic attitude, professional manner, and a quick learning ability.
  9. Attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills.
  10. Ability to work to deadlines and targets, with a focus on delivering results.
  11. Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential.
  12. Team player with a willingness to adapt to new challenges and changes, and assist colleagues when needed.
  13. Pleasant and friendly style, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
