Job Title: Commissioning and Grants Officer

Blue Legal is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning and Grants Officer to join their team. As a key member of the Partnership and M&BD team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and draft strategic panel pitches, managing jurisdictions and practices, and facilitating Go/No-Go, strategy, and review meetings.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop pitch content, refresh existing content, and build a comprehensive library.
  3. Lead presentation rehearsals, training, and coaching on style, communication, and messaging.
  4. Continuously develop the firm's approach to winning business, conducting feedback reviews, and implementing improvements.
  5. Promote and uphold the firm's standards, providing recommendations to increase efficiencies and consistency.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 4 years of experience managing proposals in a professional services firm, preferably in finance or legal.
  2. Strong relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Track record of successfully managing panel pitches and proposals.

Please note that only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
