Research Grants Officer Opportunity

Children with Cancer UK is seeking a highly skilled Research Grants Officer to strengthen their grants management process and support the administration of their research portfolio.

About the Role:

  • Support the growth of the Charity's capacity to fund high-quality research
  • Play a key role in the grants management process, ensuring efficient and effective administration
  • Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement grants strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the grants pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate processing of grants applications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with researchers, academics, and other stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support for research projects, including budgeting and financial management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grants management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A full-time, permanent contract
  • A hybrid working pattern, with opportunities for remote work
