  • Provide regular reports to the Regional Director and HR Business Partner, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Update and distribute the Vacancy tracker weekly, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Utilize job boards, job centres, social media, and local channels to attract top talent, staying ahead of recruitment trends.
  • Participate in networking events, job centres, and recruitment fairs, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Measure the ROI of resourcing strategies and provide data-driven insights, informing business decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with job boards and agencies, negotiating optimal rates and services.
  • Maintain and update the Resourcing PSL, ensuring compliance and consistency across regions.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for agency invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Complete and issue contracts of employment within SLA timescales, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Log training sessions and other necessary programs, promoting employee development and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with local management teams and the Regional HRBP, providing strategic support and guidance.
  • Coach recruiting managers on effective induction and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support additional ad hoc projects related to Resourcing and People Agenda, driving business outcomes.
  • Assist managers in understanding HR policies and procedures, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Stay current with employment legislation and ensure company compliance, mitigating risks and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Act as a liaison for apprenticeships, promoting opportunities and supporting employee development.
  • Handle first-line employee relation queries and escalate complex issues, providing timely and effective support.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and best practices, ensuring a consistent and fair approach.
  • Enter new starters into the payroll system and inform relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
