Position: Resident Building Manager

Location: Southwood Park, London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional alternate Saturdays for emergency situations.

Salary: Competitive remuneration starting from £30,000.00 per annum, based on experience and accommodation options.

Role Overview:

As a Resident Building Manager at Rendall & Rittner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the operational management of the estate, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, health and safety, and security.
  • Managing front-of-house duties, promptly addressing resident inquiries and concerns.
  • Implementing and adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health and Safety policies.
  • Supervising the site team, including both employed and contracted staff.
  • Conducting daily inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and reporting any issues.
  • Coordinating with contractors, ensuring all documentation is properly managed and budgets are adhered to.
  • Overseeing reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring all tasks are logged and addressed accordingly.
  • Performing necessary cleaning and maintenance duties as required.
  • Participating in first responder training, funded by the company, to manage minor emergencies.
  • Managing parcel deliveries, ensuring accurate logging and distribution to residents.
  • Assisting with various tasks around the estate, including responding to resident inquiries and addressing maintenance issues.
  • Ensuring waste management is handled appropriately.
  • Addressing minor maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs and unblocking drains.
