Role Overview:
As a Resident Building Manager, you will oversee the operational management of the estate, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, health and safety, and security. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing front-of-house operations and addressing resident inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Implementing and adhering to standard operating procedures and health and safety policies.
- Supervising the site team, including both employed and contracted staff.
- Conducting daily inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating with contractors, ensuring all documentation is properly managed.
- Overseeing maintenance tasks, both reactive and planned, ensuring thorough logging and reporting.
- Performing essential cleaning and maintenance duties as required.
- Completing first responder training to handle minor emergencies effectively.
- Managing parcel deliveries, ensuring accurate logging and distribution to residents.
- Assisting with various operational tasks, including responding to resident needs and maintenance issues.
