Overview:
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to become part of our Territory Sales Consultant team. As a representative of our brand, you will engage directly with potential customers, providing exceptional service and promoting our innovative products.

Role Responsibilities:
As a key ambassador for Virgin Media O2, you will:
  • Connect with prospective clients at their residences, introducing them to our state-of-the-art offerings.
  • Work in a target-oriented environment, where your motivation and drive will be essential to your success.
  • Participate in comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for meaningful customer interactions.

Working Hours:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with hours ranging from 16 to 37.5 hours per week. Your working hours will typically fall between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm once you are in the field.

Training:
During your initial three weeks, you will need to attend training sessions at our designated office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This includes a blend of self-directed learning and in-office induction with your manager.

Requirements:
  • A valid UK driving licence with no more than 8 points.

  • Self-motivation to achieve sales targets and the ability to handle objections with resilience.

Benefits:
  • Base salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time employees).
  • Uncapped commission potential, with top performers earning between £60k - £70k annually (pro-rata for part-time employees).
  • Company vehicle for full-time roles or a car allowance for part-time roles.
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus UK bank holidays and your birthday off (pro-rata).
  • Opportunity to buy and sell 5 days of annual leave.
