Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition Team, facilitating recruitment processes and addressing inquiries from managers and candidates.
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Inbox, ensuring timely responses to both internal and external customer requests.
  • Coordinate and enhance recruitment workflows to promote efficiency in people-related tasks.
  • Assist in the development and execution of training programs for team members and the wider organization.
  • Engage with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of confidential correspondence, prioritizing accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR processes that improve organizational effectiveness.
