About the Role

The Offshore Personnel Development Team Coordinator will be a key member of the Fugro-Geoteam AS team, responsible for providing data analysis and business intelligence support to the organization. This role will involve working closely with the Offshore/Field Staff colleagues to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using Power BI to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Work with the Offshore/Field Staff colleagues to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with the Service Lines, Learning and Development, Crewing, and Training Academy teams to ensure seamless integration of data analysis and business intelligence support.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of Offshore/Field Staff colleagues.
  • Conduct vessel/asset visits to deliver OPDT services and initiatives, and assist in the execution of events such as the Field Staff Workshop.
  • Develop and maintain required presentations and forms to ensure OPDT Business Management Systems (BMS) are current and fit for purpose.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and working knowledge of Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a small team with a wider remit of engagement with Offshore/Field Staff colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize and work to time schedules, with a flexible attitude and ability to work on simultaneous projects.
