Job Title: Senior Internal Sales - Accessible Washrooms

Job Summary:
The role of the Senior Internal Sales - Accessible Washrooms will involve:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the construction industry, including main contractors, merchants, and buying groups.
- Selling a range of adapted bathroom equipment and accessories, including grab rails, showering, and accessible washroom equipment.
- Working closely with the project team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new contracts.
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, and to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including main contractors, merchants, and buying groups.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including tendering for new contracts.
- Providing excellent customer service, including responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, and to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a focus on adapted bathroom solutions.
- Strong relationships with key clients, including main contractors, merchants, and buying groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
