We are on the lookout for a new team member to enhance our operations. If you seek a rewarding challenge, this position is on a fixed term basis as an Insurance Representative, working between our various branches with comprehensive training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

You will spend your time in a local branch office, interacting with our clients face to face, understanding and fulfilling their needs, including new business and renewals, along with other service-related tasks. Collaborating with fellow branch colleagues, you may also participate in external business development efforts, promoting AXA through various community and business initiatives.

Compensation: A competitive base salary of £23,400, along with the potential to earn an annual performance-related bonus.

Working Hours:

Full-time position, working within our business hours from Monday to Friday.

Induction & Training:

You will undergo a thorough induction and benefit from a structured training program led by our specialized Trainers, delivered both in-branch and remotely. We will equip you with all the training and support necessary to become a confident and skilled Representative, including ongoing development of your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Training lasts for 4 weeks full-time, and all necessary IT and office equipment will be provided.

To qualify for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.

This recruitment campaign may also be utilized to support permanent, temporary, and/or extension for any upcoming similar roles.

Your Profile
No prior experience necessary , we only require exceptional customer service skills, as our customers are at the core of our operations. If you share our passion for assisting customers, you are already a step ahead. Friendly demeanor & strong communication skills Resilience and determination to achieve sales targets Proficient in computer use, with the capability to learn the navigation of multiple systems effectively.
