We are on the lookout for a new team member to enhance our operations. If you seek a rewarding challenge, this position is on a fixed term basis as an Insurance Representative, serving our clients across various locations with comprehensive training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will involve working in a local branch office, interacting with our customers face-to-face, understanding and fulfilling their needs, encompassing new business and renewals, along with various service-related engagements. Collaborating with fellow branch colleagues, you may also participate in external business development initiatives, promoting AXA within the community and business sectors.

Compensation: A competitive base salary of £23,400, alongside the potential to earn an annual performance-related bonus.

Working Hours:

Full-time position, with hours per week, operating within our business hours from Monday to Friday.

Induction & Training:

You will undergo a thorough induction and benefit from a structured training program led by our specialist Trainers, delivered both in-branch and remotely. We are committed to equipping you with the training and support necessary to become a confident and skilled Representative, focusing on the continuous development of your technical expertise and interpersonal abilities.

Training spans 4 weeks full-time, with all necessary IT and office equipment provided.

To qualify for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the relevant regions.

This recruitment initiative may also support permanent, temporary, and/or extensions for similar upcoming roles.

Your Profile
No prior experience necessary, we simply require exceptional customer service skills as our customers are central to our mission; if you share our enthusiasm for helping customers, you are already a step ahead. Friendly demeanor & strong communication skills Resilience and determination to achieve sales targets Proficient in computer use, with the ability to navigate multiple systems effectively.
