We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. If you are ready for a new opportunity, this position is on a 12-month fixed term as an Insurance Solutions Representative, working between our various branches with comprehensive training provided.

We are in search of enthusiastic customer service professionals - while prior experience is beneficial, your passion for customer care, natural ability to connect with individuals, quick problem-solving skills, and strong communication and computer abilities are what truly matter.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be stationed in a local branch office, interacting with our clients face to face, identifying and fulfilling their needs, including new business and renewals, along with other service-related tasks. Collaborating with fellow branch team members, you may also participate in external business development efforts, promoting AXA through various community and business initiatives.

Compensation: A competitive base salary of £23,400, along with the potential to earn an annual performance-related bonus.

Working Hours:

Full-time, with hours per week, operating within our business hours from Monday to Friday.

Induction & Training:

You will undergo a thorough induction and benefit from a structured training program led by our specialized Trainers, delivered through a combination of in-branch and remote sessions. We will equip you with all the training and support necessary to become a confident and skilled Representative, including ongoing development of your technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

Training lasts for 4 weeks full-time, and all necessary IT and office equipment will be provided.

To qualify for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.

This recruitment campaign may also be utilized to support permanent, temporary, and/or extension for any upcoming similar roles.

Your Profile
No prior experience required, we simply ask for excellent customer service skills, as our customers are central to our mission. If you share our passion for assisting customers, you are already on the right path.
