Position:

Retail Operations Supervisor / Salary: £28,250 per annum (OTE £31,075) plus benefits / Work Schedule: 40 hours per week - any 5 out of 7 days, with a mix of early and late shifts to cover operational hours.

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to assist your Store Manager in all facets of store operations to enhance and expand the business.

Below are some key responsibilities you will undertake:
Deliver exceptional customer service, in person, via email, or phone
Maximize sales opportunities by promoting available products and services
Exhibit confidence and comfort in daily negotiations
Conduct daily health and safety inspections and help maintain site cleanliness
Suggest local marketing initiatives and assist with recruitment as needed
Perform general administrative tasks on our database (e.g., setting up customer contracts and managing accounts receivable)
Adopt a flexible approach to teamwork or independent work
Share responsibilities as a key holder, including opening and closing the facility
Mentor and develop your sales team
Support your Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
Assist your Store Manager in business growth and development
