Catering Operations Supervisor - One Retail

We are seeking a committed Catering Operations Supervisor to facilitate the effective management of our services within a prominent retail brand, working on a full-time basis with a contract of 37.5 hours per week. As a Catering Operations Supervisor, you will leverage your expertise to uphold exceptional standards of service. Here's an overview of your potential shift patterns: 5 out of 7 days
  • Full-time schedule - 5 out of 7 days
  • Weekend shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • 3 additional weekdays between Monday and Friday (shifts between 6 AM and 8 PM)
  • Availability to start at 6 AM is required

  • Ensuring all deliveries are accurately checked and stored
  • Leading a team and fostering a supportive and positive work environment
  • Acting as a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and other necessary duties
  • Creating weekly schedules in accordance with management guidelines
  • Ordering stock to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Delegating tasks effectively and ensuring team proactivity
  • Adhering to Food Safety and Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
