Position Title:
Cleaning Operations Supervisor

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday. OCS Group UK is a prominent facilities management organization that has recently expanded its services through a merger.

We specialize in delivering a comprehensive suite of services, including but not limited to cleaning, catering, security, technical support, energy management, compliance, front-of-house services, landscaping, logistics, waste management, and pest control.

With a substantial operational footprint across the UK and Ireland, we employ approximately 50,000 dedicated professionals who provide innovative and award-winning services to both private and public sectors while actively supporting local communities.

We are seeking a Cleaning Operations Supervisor to lead our enthusiastic and committed cleaning team at a designated client location.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations and ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards.

Your duties will include supervising and assisting with the cleaning of various areas, including floors, communal spaces, staircases, and restrooms, along with other designated areas as needed.

You will manage a small team, handling scheduling, leave requests, and performance evaluations, as well as providing training to all cleaning staff and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Conducting weekly cleaning audits will be part of your responsibilities, and you will escalate any issues requiring support from the Facilities Coordinator/Manager.

You will also oversee the procurement of cleaning supplies, maintain the stock management system, and ensure proper distribution to cleaning stations.

A valid UK Driving License is essential, as you will be required to travel between different areas of the site.

Flexibility in working hours and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks are crucial for this role.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting in managing the cleaning team, covering for staff absences due to illness or holidays.

You will utilize a company mobile device for communication with staff and management, as well as for conducting cleaning audits through designated applications.
